Ellaline has had an extensive career in the field of construction (30+ years). When she decided to open her
consulting business in construction health and safety 15 years ago, she embarked on a journey of continual learning.

- ISO45001 Lead Auditor with 2 specialty scopes (Heath and Safety and injury management)
- ISO45001 Lead Management Consultant
- One of a handful people in Ontario to have the Lead Auditor standing and is currently the only one to have the Management Consultant in Ontario.
- Holds Professional Gold Seal designation
- Continually completes safety courses each year to ensure that knowledge-base is current.
